You are welcome to request substitutions to any bouquet. We will do our best to honor your request based on availability.
Flowers are a product of nature and may vary from season to season, plant to plant, flower to flower. All items on our website are subject to availability and prior sale, and may not always be exactly as shown. Please understand that due to seasonal constraints, growing conditions and the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country, there may be times when substitutions will be necessary to create your choice of bouquet. In these instances, care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color of the arrangement, using flowers or plants of equal value.

Non-Perishable Gift Items
If you are not satisfied with a non-perishable gift item for any reason, you may return it to our shop for an exchange of equal value or a refund within 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt.
Substitutions of items may be necessary due to the availability of inventory, especially during major holidays. We will make every attempt to choose items that most closely represent the original item ordered.
